Backs Quartz stomach-stones for fancy fowl and pigeons are dried by fire and completely free of bacteria. The stones help animals to disintegrate feed in their stomach. Without the use of stomach stones the animal feed is digested significantly worse. These stones are not disintegrated by stomach acid and thus last longer than lime grit.

Analytical components: 98,6 % ashes (hydrochloric insoluble)

Feeding recommendation:
Quartz-Stomach-Stones should be served in a separate feeding dish for free uptake. In restricted free-range areas or aviaries the quartz stones can also be spread on the ground to support the natural scratching and searching for minerals.
